We deliver within 20 miles of area code 65721. $3.00 per mile after 20 miles

Can I hang a balloon garland on the bounce house?
If you would like a balloon garland, please reach out for a balloon quote for your rental space. We have a professional who uses commercial grade balloons for long lasting balloons during your event.
How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We suggest having your rental reserved 1-2 months in advance. All units are on a first come, first serve basis. Always Double check our website for availability.
Where can the bounce house(s) be set up?
Outside on a flat grassy surface, or a concrete surface, free of debris, Some units can be indoors as long as enough space is provided
What are the rules for the equipment?
Remove shoes, if using water only use the water from the hose hooked up. No sharp objects, glitter, tape, or hanging anything from the bounce unit ( unless professionally installed and approved by Mod Hops)
How can I prepare for my rental?
Event locations must be flat, dry, & clear of rocks, sticks or any other debris to ensure the safety of participants. A 20 ft overhead clearance is needed, as well as a 5 ft or more perimeter around the units. It is the customer's responsibility to clean the area prior to setting up. We will be using stakes and driving them into the ground to stabilize our units. It is imperative that the renters notify Mod Hops of any underground utilities that may be a concern beforehand. We will do our best to avoid these, but it will be the renters responsibility to repair if
damaged. A 20 amp electrical outlet will need to be within 100 feet of each inflatable. (if not a generator is available to rent)
What if the bounce house is damaged during my rental?
To prevent damage, we have some general rules in place. These general rules include: no shoes, no food or drink, no silly string, no confetti/confetti filled balloons, no face paint, no glitter, no sharp objects, no flips/climbing the walls, and no overloading the bounce house.
If the bounce house is damaged by negligence, repair or replacement charges will be incurred.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
50% of payment is non refundable.
A 100% cancellation fee is taken if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of your event.
Don't worry!
If you need to reschedule, we are happy to do so. Reschedules can be made within one calendar year of your original rental date.
What is your bad weather policy?
We do not set up in rain, thunderstorms, or excessive winds. If it rains the day of your event and you decide to cancel, 50% of your payment will be held and you are able to reschedule for a future date.
If unexpected rain, thunder/lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph occur during your event, please turn off the blower immediately. There will be no refunds after the point of delivery.
